If we’re the perfect fit, I’ll send over a custom proposal, contract, and invoice to lock in your date. A retainer payment secures your booking, giving you full confidence that your wedding memories are in good hands.
03) The planning consultation
Once you’re booked, we’ll set up a coffee date in Rarotonga (or a video call if you’re abroad). This is our chance to go over the details, timeline, and moments that matter most—so we’re fully aligned before your big day.
04) Your wedding day
The day you’ve been dreaming of is finally here! You focus on being present and celebrating with your people, and I’ll focus on capturing every big moment, little in-between, and everything that makes your day uniquely you.
